The Marketplace (Credit Cash Shop)

Rookery Isles' ArcheAge 3.0 Marketplace guide. Every Credit shop category, what it sells, original pricing, and how the closed-loop Credit economy works.

The Marketplace (Credit Cash Shop)

The Rookery Isles in-game Marketplace, what it sells by category, the original ArcheAge Credit pricing we use, and how our closed-loop Credit economy lets you reach everything with gold or with Credits.

The Marketplace is the in-game store you open from the Marketplace button. On Rookery Isles it runs as a closed-loop Credit shop: nothing here is pay to win in a way you cannot also reach by playing, because Credits move between cash buyers and gold earners through a tradeable wrapper. This guide lists the categories and item families the Marketplace carries, with the original ArcheAge Credit prices, and explains the currency loop so you know exactly how to get what you want.

How the Credit Economy Works

The Marketplace spends Credits. There are two honest ways to get them, which is the whole point of a closed loop:

  • Buy Credits with money on the website. They land on your account, ready to spend in the Marketplace.
  • Buy Credits with gold in game. A cash buyer can wrap Credits into a tradeable Credit Box and list it on the Auction House. A gold-rich player buys that box for gold and opens it for Credits. So a player who never spends a cent can still earn Marketplace items by farming gold, and a player who buys Credits can turn them into gold. This mirrors ArcheAge's original APEX token.

In short: money buys Credits, gold buys Credits through the Credit Box, and Credits buy everything in the store. For the full currency picture (gold, Honor, Gilda, Vocation Badges, Loyalty, and Credits) see Currencies & Vendors.

Store Layout

The Marketplace is organized into tabs, matching the original ArcheAge shop: Main (featured and rotating offers), General (consumables, luxury, character services), Travel (gliders, mounts), Housing (decor and land), plus Custom and Award tabs for limited and special stock. Prices below are the original ArcheAge Credit prices we use; sale prices and rotating features may differ.

Note on crates: random-contents boxes are a deliberate design choice. In a closed-loop Credit shop we keep crate odds and contents transparent and avoid pay to win, so any crate we list will have published contents.

Housing & Decor

The Housing tab carries furniture, decor, and property convenience items (for example tax certificates that pay your weekly housing tax). For how housing and tax work, see Housing & Land.

What We Keep Out

To stay true to ArcheAge 3.0 (Revelation) and to a fair closed loop, we deliberately exclude later-patch shop systems that did not exist at 3.0, most notably the ArchePass battle-pass and its bound rewards. We use the original tradeable Marketplace versions of items (for example the tradeable Superior Yellow Regrade Charm, not the bound ArchePass one). We also avoid bound, account-locked pay-to-win that would break the gold-to-Credits loop.

On Rookery Isles

The Marketplace is Credits only, and Credits flow both ways through the Credit Box, so every Marketplace item is reachable by a pure gold farmer as well as a Credit buyer. Prices shown are the original ArcheAge Credit prices and may be adjusted for our economy or put on sale. Featured and limited stock rotates. If an item you expect is missing, it may be on a rotating tab or not yet stocked; ask in Discord.
